Usage Fees & Rebilling Guide

Your ExpertSpace subscription covers a lot: One platform, one login, funnels, email marketing, automations, CRM, courses, memberships, community, social scheduling, websites - all of it, for one monthly or annual fee, and we've worked hard to keep that fee as low as possible. Here's how.

Why usage fees exist

Some platform features carry a direct cost from our underlying platform provider each time they're used. Rather than build those costs into everyone's subscription, we keep the subscription price low and only pass usage costs through to members who actually use those features.

It's a fairer model - lighter users aren't subsidising heavier ones.

What can attract a usage fee

Certain features including SMS, calls, AI tools, phone numbers, and domains may carry small usage-based charges. These are separate from your subscription and reflect actual platform usage.

The wallet system

Every ExpertSpace account includes a usage wallet. When you use chargeable features, the cost is drawn from your balance. When your balance drops below zero, your payment method is automatically topped up to keep your platform running without interruption.

You can view your wallet balance and transaction history inside your account settings at any time.

In practice

For most members, additional usage charges are minimal. Members with lower usage will see little to no extra charges. Those running higher volumes of SMS or calls will see this reflected in their usage fees.
